While balancing the demands of the restaurant industry, Erin demonstrated remarkable dedication and resourcefulness, putting herself through college while working full time. Her commitment culminated in the attainment of a degree in Human Resources with Magna Cum Laude honors from Georgia State University.
While attending college and post-graduate, Erin embarked on a trajectory of success within the Learning & Development (L&D) domain. With an impressive professional track record, she has held leadership roles in prominent companies such as TGI Friday’s, Ted’s Montana Grill, and FOCUS Brands. In these roles, Erin led teams to support various training, learning and leadership development initiatives within the industry, contributing significantly to the growth and success of these organizations.
Erin's expertise lies in adult learning, where she has honed her skills in learning strategy, leadership development, instructional design, and facilitation. Her commitment to excellence is underscored by her professional certifications, including being a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) through ATD, the Association of Talent Development. Additionally, Erin holds a master DiSC certification and is recognized as a certified SLII (Blanchard) and Covey facilitator.
