The Full Course Fund, FC Polaris Fund I, is looking to invest $2MM - $5MM in a total of five early-stage food brands by the end of 2025.

We offer development support coupled with fair and equitable investment, and we leave you the majority owner. It’s a new way of doing things that takes the best of both worlds.

Our proprietary Accelerator process was designed for early-stage food brands who want to grow with speed and intention.
