Knowing 60% of new restaurants fail within their first year, we wanted to share what we’ve learned about conceptualizing and opening restaurants to shorten the learning curve and to help Founders avoid common pitfalls. We created the Full Course Foundation to help make these resources accessible and affordable. Our turn-key solution is a 15-week comprehensive training program called LAUNCH.
